We start by meeting with new clients personally for an introductory strategy session. During this meeting, we discuss:

DESIGN YOUR OPTIMIZED SERVICES
With our initial discussion in mind, we’ll get to work designing a service solution to meet your unique needs. We’ll present you with:

COORDINATE AND IMPLEMENT YOUR SERVICES
Once you select your new services, we’ll finalize the technical details and submit your order. When time comes to implement and/or install your new services, we will:
Oversee your implementation process on your behalf
Work with the provider(s) and your technical resources to schedule your installation
Provide additional guidance during the installation
Verify service testing to ensure the services are working properly
Our goal is to make your transition fast, easy, and convenient. We’ll ensure that your conversion is smooth and successful.
FINAL SERVICE TESTING AND BILLING AUDITS
A few days after your services are installed, a client services manager will follow up to perform any final testing to be sure your services are working to your satisfaction. We’ll:
Make any necessary adjustments to your new services
Audit your first invoices to be sure they are accurate
Resolve any billing issues we find
Update you throughout the process and upon resolution
Since many providers send erroneous first invoices, we’ve found this is an important step to save you time and money. Billing issues can take several invoice cycles to be fixed, but we always follow through to completion.
ONGOING ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Once you are using your new services, we provide complimentary ongoing support and account management services for the life of your account. If you ever have:
